Though originally from the Midwest, Casey and her husband met in Daytona Beach, FL. They’ve have had the opportunity to work and see many places due to her husband’s military obligations. After their time in Daytona, they relocated to beautiful St. Augustine and have since been blessed with two lively, wonderful children. Casey is certified with the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing and has spent her career primarily in critical care, including trauma and flight nursing. Casey says, “As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, this is by far the greatest point in my participation in health care. I’ve always been inclined to an acute care setting, focusing on acute illness in light of pre-existing conditions. Our group is unique, and I’m thankful to be a part of it and the lives of those we impact.”
I believe everything tastes better with pickles or jalapenos.
My husband and I use boating sports as our family getaway time—and I admit to a little pride in still being able to slalom ski!
Prior to becoming a nurse I worked for six years as a firefighter/paramedic and flight medic.
